Our team of professionals are always more than happy to submit all insurance forms and paperwork for you to help you recover the most from your benefits and alleviate any unnecessary stressors that may exacerbate your condition. It is always our top priority to do everything we can possibly do to help you afford the treatments you need and desire. For patients who require major treatment, a comprehensive payment plan is designed with a suitable payment schedule. We also accept cash in cases where patients do not possess health coverage. Additional forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card for the convenience of our valued patients.


If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours’ worth of notice before the scheduled time of your appointment. We ask for this notice in advance so that we can offer this appointment to another patient who may be experiencing discomfort as well. A fee may be applied if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
